We hope you love your Leykos products but, if for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return them to us within 21 days of order date, providing the items are undamaged and in their original condition. For assistance, please Contact Us and provide your order details.
Condition for returns/exchanges
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that your returns are sent back in the condition that you received them in.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Products must be sent back within 21 days of order date (UK and International deliveries).
Leykos is not liable for any lost items unless faulty. Shipping costs are not refunded unless items are faulty.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds will be processed within 10 working days of receipt of the returned goods. Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Your bank may take up to five working days to credit your account, so please wait until this time has passed before enquiring about funds.
Faulty Items (if applicable)
In the rare instance your item is faulty, please send your faulty item back to us. Upon receipt of your faulty item, we will either refund or replace and dispatch as soon as possible. We sincerely apologise if you have experienced any fault with your Leykos products.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless items are faulty.
To return items, we would strongly recommend that you use a secure trackable courier service or consider purchasing shipping insurance.
Leykos cannot be held responsible for any goods lost in transit. Please retain the tracking number in case there is any issue.
Please note that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the UK.
